I have Grundy for all of my cars. Agreed value coverage with no mileage limitations. Pretty reasonable prices. Only catch is that you must be atleast 25 years old and have another vehicle that you use as a daily driver.

I'm from Milford, Pa and will be heading to the rally. Usually trailering one car and driving another. Maybe once it gets closer. How would you go from Montvale, 287 down to 80 then into PA?

I'm not sure about the replacing the flywheel thing. I just did mine and both the dealer and RAM recommended resurfacing it if it was thick enough.

It took me about 4 hrs with the new master/slave setup

The option package on my 95 was $9091.00 Base options $5995 Exhaust $1099 Suspension $1599 Hurst shifter $ 299 Floor Mats $ 99 I would think a totally optioned LS1 would have a more expensive option total than an LT1, but not really sure. I guess the tops for an option package would be the LT4. Ryan

Ditto on the two events. I used to go to the TA NATS. And after going to the Rally the last 2 years, I will never go back to Dayton.

I guess that could be the discrepency. I'm not that hard on my car. I powershift, but nothing stupid off of the line. And I don't know how that doesn't smoke doth the rear and the clutch. I guess maybe when you are magazine testing and you don't need to take the car home with you, you can treat them...

Yeah this got really off topic with the modifications. Stock vs stock is the best comparison. I am not doubting anyones racing knowledge or any of that. But I don't agree that a 6 sp. will be quicker than an auto with the same rear gears on the same tire. This definitely depends on the tire also. TA...

I would agree that with a sticky tire a stick would be quicker than an auto, but not on a street tire. On a street tire at the track it is either spin or bog, and not alot of room in between.

For everyone posting their times. The original post was referring to a 93 hawk and Dave's post was about a 96 SS, both LT1 cars. I have both LT1 and LS1 cars, and there is no way you can compare them stock. The LS1 is a faster car (stock) and Dave was also talking about a 6 speed car. Which typicall...

I want to see the video too. That would be the fastest street tire "stock" pass I have heard of from an M6 car. To run a 12.2 it had to trap around 110 in a M6 and my stock 94 only runs right around 100. So that car must have been substantially up in power. However, back to the question, can a stock...

I can't really see a bone stock 97 SS even getting into the 12's, let alone a 12.27. Pro driver or not, I hope that was a typo.
