02 6spd Firehawk Vert going to the track on Sunday

What is it going to run? Car has just turned 10k on the clock and has the origional tires. Any guesses?

10k! 8O good time to start breaking her in!!! .. depending on driver, track conditions, weather, altitude and the current of the Pacific ocean, 13.5-12.6?... i'll start the bidding at 12.8! :mrgreen:

12.6? bone stock LS cars very rarely hit 12's. Especially a heavier vert. Bolt on LS cars not all that hard to get into the 12's though.

My guess would be more along the lines of 13.6, mph depending on wether it is auto or stick.

Going to run it at Dragway 42. Ive made a few passes in my day but never in this car. As for being scared of the 8.5 yr old tires? Nah and besides have to keep the origionality factor! They are only going to be at a 100 for what a second or two tops? They wont ever get hot. I think ill survive lol!
